In addition to identifying triggers and creating a wellness toolbox, WRAP also involves developing a crisis plan. The crisis plan outlines what to do in the event of a mental health crisis. This may include a list of emergency contacts, coping strategies, and information on medications or other treatments.

WRAP is an effective tool for anyone looking to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. By identifying triggers, creating a wellness toolbox, and developing a crisis plan, individuals can take control of their mental health and live a more peaceful and fulfilling life. While WRAP was initially developed for those with mental health challenges, it is an important tool for everyone to use in order to ensure their mental wellness.
