4. Continually check in with yourself – make sure you are still comfortable with your boundaries and adjust them if necessary.

Remember, boundaries are not a set of rules that apply to everyone in your life. They are unique to you and your personal needs. By setting healthy boundaries, you are prioritizing your mental health and empowering yourself to create the life you want.
