As humans, we all have moments we can look back on with pride; achievements that fill us with a sense of satisfaction. My personal achievements are no exception and have played a crucial role in shaping my life. I would like to share my top two personal achievements and how I achieved them.

The first personal achievement that comes to mind is when I got my dream job. After completing my graduation, I was struggling to find a job that fits my interests and skills. It was a challenging time, but I didn’t give up on my dream. I did extensive research on job search techniques, constantly updated my resume, and applied to various companies.

I would attend job fairs and reach out to professionals in my field through LinkedIn, asking for advice, and gaining insights into the industry. Through this persistence, I landed an interview for a job that fascinated me. The interview process was rigorous, but I was confident due to my preparedness. Ultimately, I landed the job, and it felt like an extraordinary accomplishment that made all the hard work worth it.

The second personal achievement is one that still fills me with pride today. I ran a marathon, something I never thought I could do. The journey to achieve this started with a conscious decision to improve my fitness and challenge myself. I started small, gradually increasing my physical activity and running every day. It wasn’t easy, but I counted every small win along the way.

I also sought advice from experienced runners, changing my diet, and following a training schedule that worked for me. I had many setbacks and moments where I thought of quitting, but the thought of accomplishing my goal kept me going. Finally, on the day of the marathon, I ran and crossed the finish line, exhausted but overjoyed.

In conclusion, both of these achievements taught me valuable lessons about persistence and resilience. I understood that it takes hard work, patience, and a commitment to achieve something significant. I believe anybody can achieve their goals if they are willing to put in the effort and stay dedicated. Whether it’s securing a job you love or completing a marathon, breaking down your goal into small milestones and celebrating wins along the way is essential to achieving personal achievements that provide immense satisfaction.
