Summer is here and it’s time to fire up the grill! Whether you’re hosting a backyard cookout or just looking to spice up your next dinner, try out these mouthwatering BBQ recipes:
1) Grilled Chicken with Mango Salsa- Marinate chicken in a mixture of olive oil, lime juice, and garlic. Grill until fully cooked and top with a fresh mango salsa (mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice).
2) BBQ Pork Ribs- Rub baby back ribs with a mixture of brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Grill low and slow for a couple of hours until tender, and brush with your favorite BBQ sauce.
3) Grilled Shrimp Skewers- Mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and seasoning. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill until pink and slightly charred.
4) Grilled Corn on the Cob- Soak corn in water for at least 30 minutes. Peel back the husks and remove the silk. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Grill for 10-15 minutes, rotating occasionally, until kernels are tender.
5) BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches- Rub a pork shoulder with a dry rub of brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Slow cook in a crockpot with BBQ sauce until fully cooked and shred. Serve on a bun with coleslaw.
