– 4Health Lamb & Rice dog food – 5 lb and 45 lb bags with UPC codes 4HEALTH DOG 5 LB and 4HEALTH DOG 45 LB respectively.
If you have any of the above products in your possession, please stop feeding them to your pets immediately. Discard the product safely or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
