5. Bake the dough
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place your shaped dough on a baking sheet or in a Dutch oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bread is golden brown and has a hollow sound when tapped.

6. Enjoy your homemade sourdough bread
Let the bread cool, slice it, and enjoy with your favorite toppings. You can store leftover bread in an airtight container for several days.
