Have you ever felt stuck in your personal growth journey? Do you struggle to find the time and motivation to read books that could help you grow as a person? If yes, then you are not alone. Many of us have been there, trying to figure out how to make personal growth a part of our daily routine. But what if I told you that I found a solution to this problem? A solution that helped me transform my personal growth in just 7 days?

I’m talking about the Blinkist challenge. For those who don’t know, Blinkist is an app that provides summaries of non-fiction books in a bite-sized format. It claims to help you read more books in less time, which sounds too good to be true, right? Well, I decided to give it a try anyway.

The challenge was simple. I had to read one Blinkist summary every day for 7 days and then reflect on how it impacted my personal growth. Here’s what I learned:

Day 1: The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg
The summary talks about how habits shape our lives and how we can change them. I realized that some of my habits were not serving me well and that I needed to make some changes.

Day 2: Atomic Habits by James Clear
This book reiterated what I learned on Day 1 but also provided actionable steps on how to build good habits and break bad ones. I decided to implement some of the strategies mentioned in the Blinkist summary.

Day 3: The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma
I’ve always struggled with waking up early, but this book gave me a new perspective on the benefits of doing so. I decided to give it a try and woke up at 5 am the next day.

Day 4: The One Thing by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan
This book emphasizes the importance of focusing on one thing at a time and avoiding multitasking. I realized that I was trying to do too many things at once and not making progress in any of them.

Day 5: Getting Things Done by David Allen
The Blinkist summary of this book provided useful tips on how to manage tasks and prioritize them effectively. I implemented some of the strategies mentioned in the summary and felt more productive as a result.

Day 6: The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod
This book talks about how to start your day on the right foot by practicing certain habits, such as meditation and journaling. I decided to incorporate some of these habits into my morning routine.

Day 7: You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero
The Blinkist summary of this book was a great reminder of the importance of self-love and self-confidence. I realized that I was being too hard on myself and needed to be more kind and compassionate.

Overall, the Blinkist challenge was a game-changer for me. It helped me to incorporate personal growth into my daily routine in a way that was manageable and effective. I highly recommend giving it a try if you are struggling to make personal growth a priority in your life.

In conclusion, personal growth is a lifelong journey that requires consistent effort and dedication. However, it doesn’t have to be overwhelming or time-consuming. The Blinkist challenge proved to me that reading and learning can be fun and easy, and that even a few minutes a day can make a big difference in your personal growth. So what are you waiting for? Give it a try and see for yourself!
