Mardi Gras in New Orleans is another renowned carnival celebration. It is a week-long party full of parades, music and beads. The event culminates on Fat Tuesday, a day of indulgence before the start of Lent.

These celebrations are just a few examples of the diverse and unique festivals found around the world. They serve as opportunities to learn about and appreciate different cultures, histories and traditions.
