Motivation is the third domain of EI, which is all about our drive and passion to achieve our goals. Motivation is what enables us to persist despite setbacks, failures, and challenges. It helps us to stay focused, resilient, and optimistic, which are critical attributes to succeed in personal and professional lives.

Empathy is the fourth domain of EI that involves the ability to understand and share the emotions of others. Empathy helps us to connect with others on a deeper level, build strong relationships, and resolve conflicts effectively. Empathy also helps us to be more compassionate, considerate, and respectful towards others.

Social skills are the fifth domain of EI that encompasses the ability to interact with others effectively. Social skills include communication, collaboration, influence, leadership, and teamwork. Social skills help us to build networks, work collaboratively towards shared goals, and navigate complex social situations.
