Breaking the Stigma: How to Talk About Mental Health

As more people become aware and open about their battles with mental health issues, there is still a lingering stigma surrounding the topic. The issue needs to be addressed head-on, and we need to equip ourselves with the tools necessary to communicate about mental health effectively.
