With the outbreak of COVID-19, the world as we know it has undergone significant changes. A major shift has occurred in the way we work, live and maintain our work-life balance. In the current scenario, juggling work and life has become an even greater challenge than it was before the pandemic. This calls for an evaluation of how we manage our time and energy.

To help you get started, we have prepared a questionnaire that will enable you to assess your work-life balance. Answering the questions below will not only help you understand your current state of balance but also guide you towards making changes that can lead to a better work-life integration.

If most of your responses fell under category “b,” then you have a moderate balance between work and life. However, there is still room for improvement. Be vigilant about taking breaks and ensure that you devote some time to activities that rejuvenate your mind and body.

If most of your responses fell under category “a,” then you have a healthy balance between work and life. Congratulations! You’re doing well.

In conclusion, balancing work and life during COVID-19 is not easy, but it’s important. Make a conscious effort to evaluate your work-life balance regularly and make changes as needed. Remember that a healthy work-life balance not only benefits you but also makes you a more productive and motivated employee.
