90 Business Days Ago: How Far Have We Come?

It’s hard to believe that 90 business days ago, we were all facing a very different business landscape. The COVID-19 pandemic had just hit, and companies were scrambling to adjust their operations to survive and thrive in a new world. Now, as we look back at the last three months, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come.

One of the biggest changes that businesses have had to make is transitioning to remote work. Many companies had never allowed their employees to work from home before, but overnight, everyone was forced to adapt. At first, it was a challenge, but now, many businesses are finding that they may continue with remote work even after the pandemic has passed. This change has given employees more flexibility with their schedules, cut down on commute times and costs, and allowed companies to hire workers from anywhere in the world.

In addition to shifting to remote work, businesses have had to adapt their strategies to appeal to new consumer behaviors. With consumers staying home more often and reducing spending, companies had to think outside the box to find new revenue streams. Many businesses shifted to e-commerce, offering online ordering, delivery services, and new products or services that catered to changing needs. Others started offering virtual events and webinars, providing value to customers in a new way.

While the pandemic has certainly presented its challenges, it has also been a catalyst for change and innovation. Companies that were once hesitant to try new things have been forced to reevaluate their strategies and seize opportunities that they may have overlooked before. As a result, many businesses are emerging from this crisis stronger and more resilient than ever before.

Overall, 90 business days ago feels like a lifetime ago. It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come in such a short amount of time. While the future is still uncertain, the past few months have taught us that businesses can adapt and thrive in the face of adversity. By embracing new ideas, being innovative, and staying flexible, companies will continue to succeed and grow in the post-pandemic world.
