90 business days ago, our company was on the verge of taking a big step forward. We were in the middle of negotiations with a potential investor, and all signs pointed to a successful partnership that would bring us much-needed capital and expertise. We were also gearing up for the launch of a new product line that we had been working on for months.

But then, everything changed. The world was hit by an unprecedented pandemic that has disrupted businesses and economies across the globe. Our industry was no exception. We had to quickly adjust our plans and priorities to survive in this new environment.

One of the first things we did was to put our negotiations with the investor on hold. We simply couldn’t proceed with business as usual when so much uncertainty was swirling around us. We needed to focus on protecting our existing operations and employees, and making sure we had enough liquidity and flexibility to weather the storm.

At the same time, we had to rethink our product launch strategy. With supply chains disrupted and many of our potential customers facing financial challenges, we knew that our original plans were no longer feasible. We had to pivot quickly and come up with new ways to bring our products to market and generate revenue.

Looking back on the past 90 business days, I can see how much we’ve learned and grown as a company. We’ve had to make tough decisions and move quickly to adapt to a constantly changing landscape. But we’ve also found new opportunities and strengths that we might not have discovered in normal times.

For example, we’ve been able to explore new channels and partnerships that have helped us reach customers who are stuck at home and looking for innovative solutions. We’ve also embraced remote work and digital collaboration tools, which have allowed us to stay connected and productive even when we can’t be in the same physical space.

Overall, the impact of the past 90 business days on our business has been significant. We’ve had to rethink our goals, strategies, and priorities in light of a crisis that no one could have predicted. But we’ve also shown resilience, creativity, and adaptability in the face of this challenge. As we move forward, we’ll continue to be guided by these values and principles, and look for new ways to innovate and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
