Keep your back straight and lower yourself down until your knee nearly touches the ground. Push back up and return to your starting position. Repeat with the other leg. Do 10 lunges on each leg.

4. Medicine Ball Plank with Knee Touch

Start in a plank position, with your hands on the ball and your feet on the ground. Keep your core engaged and your back straight. Bring your right knee to your left elbow, tapping the ball with your knee. Return to your starting plank position, then repeat with your left knee to your right elbow. Do 10 reps on each side.

5. Medicine Ball Slam

Hold the ball with both hands at chest level. Quickly lift the ball overhead and then slam it down onto the ground as hard as you can. Catch the ball as it bounces back up and repeat. Do 10 slams.
