As someone who has been a part of the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) for several years, my personal growth journey has been a significant factor in my ability to thrive and succeed in the district. Whether it was taking time to exercise or unwind after a long day, or seeking relationships with colleagues who provided support and encouragement, taking care of oneself is critical for sustaining energy and motivation in the workplace.
