Eating healthy and staying active are key components to living a healthy lifestyle. Here are some of my favorite healthy recipes and workout routines:

Recipes:

1) Grilled chicken with roasted vegetables – marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, then grill until cooked through. Roast vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms in the oven until tender.

2) Quinoa and black bean bowl – cook quinoa according to instructions and mix with black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, avocado, and fresh cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.

3) Greek yogurt and fruit parfait – layer Greek yogurt with fresh berries, sliced bananas, and a sprinkle of granola for a delicious and healthy breakfast.

Workout routines:

1) Cardio – Running, swimming or cycling are great cardio workouts that will get your heart pumping and help you burn calories.

2) Strength training – Incorporating weight lifting or bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups, and lunges can build muscle and increase your metabolism.

3) Yoga – Practicing yoga can help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and calm your mind.
