As our lives get busier and schedules become more packed, it’s easy to let our fitness routines slip. But, what if we told you that you didn’t need a gym membership or fancy equipment to get a good workout in? Here are five be one fitness workouts you can do anywhere.

1. Bodyweight Squats – This exercise is great for strengthening your lower body. Simply stand with your feet hip-width apart and lower your body by bending your knees. As you lower yourself, keep your weight evenly distributed between both feet and your chest up. Pause for a few seconds at the bottom, then slowly raise yourself back up.

2. Push-Ups – Push-ups are a classic exercise that are great for building upper body strength. Begin in a plank position with your arms shoulder-width apart. Lower your body until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle, then push yourself back up. If it’s too hard, start by doing push-ups against a wall or on your knees.

3. Plank – Planks are excellent for building core strength. Get into a push-up position with your arms straight, then lower your forearms to the ground. Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels and hold for 30 seconds to a minute.

4. Jumping Jacks – This is a great exercise to get your heart pumping. Simply stand with your feet together and arms at your sides. Jump your feet apart while raising your arms above your head, then jump back to starting position.

5. Burpees – This full-body exercise is challenging but effective. Begin in a squat position, then jump your feet back into a push-up position. From there, jump your feet back to the squat position and stand up. Repeat for 10-15 reps.

No matter where you are, be one fitness workouts can be done anytime, anywhere. Incorporate these exercises into your routine to build strength and stay fit no matter how busy your schedule.
