1. What is our organizational culture, and how would you describe it?
2. How do we ensure that diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged in the workplace?
3. How do we respond to organizational mistakes or failures, and what is our attitude towards taking risks?
4. Are there adequate opportunities for employee learning and development, and how does this contribute to our culture?
5. How do we prioritize employee well-being, and what are some of the critical factors for promoting a healthy work-life balance?
6. How do we encourage innovation and creativity, and what are some examples of where this has been successful in our organization?
7. Are we intentional about building and maintaining positive relationships with our external partners, customers and clients?
8. Do our employees feel comfortable and confident to speak up about their needs and opinions, and how do we encourage constructive feedback?
9. How do we support and promote an inclusive work environment?
10. How do we measure the success of our culture, and what are the critical metrics that we use to evaluate our progress and impact?

These questions are not exhaustive and may not fit all workplaces. However, asking questions such as these is a necessary step towards building a robust, inclusive, and healthy culture in any organization. It is essential to understand that creating a healthy culture is an ongoing, iterative process that requires a sustained effort and investment at all levels. It’s up to every organization to take responsibility for the culture they create and use these questions to build a workplace where employees feel safe, respected, valued and motivated.
