Inhale and arch your back towards the ceiling, allowing your head to drop towards the floor. Exhale and round your back, bringing your chin towards your chest. Repeat the sequence for 5-10 breaths.

3. Hip flexor stretch: Kneel on one knee with your other foot planted firmly on the ground in front of you. Lean forward, stretching your hip towards the ground. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds before switching sides.

4. Pelvic tilt: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Engage your core muscles and flatten your lower back against the floor by tilting your pelvis. Hold for 5 seconds before releasing and repeating for 10-15 reps.

5. Glute bridge: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Engage your glutes and lift your hips towards the ceiling, forming a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold for 10-15 seconds before releasing and repeating for 10-15 reps.

Incorporating these five simple exercises into your daily routine can help alleviate lower back pain and improve your overall mobility.
